  1. we had Roast Chicken and Baked Potatoes for dinner! We love Pumpkin Soup – hubby loves Pea n Ham soup but he is the only one that does so we dont have that much.
    Not into Tomato based soups but it does sound yummy!

  2. Thanks Chantelle for the recipe. I used it as a basis for my mexican salami soup. I changed it slightly and added 1 packet of salt reduced old el paso taco mix, 1 x tin of chopped tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes, 1 x litre of water and 3 x chicken stock cubes instead of chicken stock, 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika instead of the sweet paprika, shaved parmesan on top instead of the basil. It is yummy! Hubby had it with toast fingers too! I have lapband and this was amazing to eat as it melted in your mouth and totally satisfied me, Thanks again.
