Apple Pie Jaffle Recipe

I shared this recipe over on my Instagram and it was a huge hit, so I thought I’d share here as well {in case you’re not following me on Instagram – I’m sure you are, but you know!}. This is a beautiful treat, and is so satisfying and not as indulgent as it looks.

Apple Pie Jaffle Recipe

1/ In a small saucepan, place a 400g can of Ardmona Apple Slices, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Simmer for around 10 minutes, or until the apple slices have softened slightly.

2/ Place one sheet of Pampas Light Puff Pastry on the bench to defrost. Cut evenly into quarters. Spray inside a jaffle maker with oil spray, and place one quarter of the pastry onto the jaffle maker, top with a quarter of the cinnamon apple mixture, and then place another quarter of the pastry on top. You can keep the leftover cinnamon apple mix in a container in the fridge {perfect for snacking on cos it’s zero Points}.

3/ Cook for five minutes, or until completely golden. Serve half a jaffle {one triangle} with 10g of Woolworths Light Whipped Cream per person, and you’ve got yourself the most delicious dessert.
