How to make slow cooker curried sausages
- Add everything to the slow cooker
Place the sausages, diced onion, curry powder, diced tomatoes and stock cube into your slow cooker.
No need to brown anything beforehand. Just pop it all in. - Cook low and slow
Cook on low for 6–8 hours, or high for 4 hours, until the sausages are cooked through and the sauce has developed flavour.

- Make it creamy (optional)
If you like a creamier sauce, stir through a splash of cream or coconut milk right at the end.
- Serve and enjoy
Serve over rice with steamed veggies on the side. Spoon that sauce generously over the top. That’s the good stuff.
