Pretty amazing make-it-yourself hummus recipe {Thermomix}

hommus

I always forget how good hummus is until I eat it and then I swiftly remember and want to keep having it forever and a day. Or at least more often than I do.

Technically this one doesn’t need a Thermomix to be made. A stick blender or anything that blends will do the trick.

  1. I went to a Thermomix demonstration recently and was nearly prepared to buy one for the simple fact that hummus is so so good.

    • For me it had taken a little while to get use to it, but having it for 2 months now. I love it. Problem being, instead of cleaning my house I us my thermomix, making bread, sweets, even body scrubs. It’s a bit of a distraction, but I love it. đŸ™‚

  2. I do love hummus, and a bonus is the step-kids love it too. But I tried to make my own once and it just wasn’t right. Couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong or missing. Might give it another go with this recipe.
