2 1/4 cups plain flour, sifted
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup sugar
100 g butter, at room temperature
1 x packet of M&M Easter Eggs
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the butter and sugar into a medium bowl, and mix with electric beaters until smooth. Gradually add in the eggs, and mix.
- Add the vanilla essence, flour, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa. Mix with a wooden spoon, until it forms a soft dough. Add in the Easter Eggs, and mix until just combined.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls. Place onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
