Healthy Jaffa Bliss Balls {A Thermomix Recipe}

Fat Mum Slim /

I’m going to tell you straight right now, my kids won’t eat these. I made them and they looked at them and said, “YUCK! What are they?”

And instead of that making me upset or sad, I smiled and said, “Cool, more for me.”

Because friends, school holidays is over today and Imma eat these bliss balls and revel in the silence {or almost silence cos I’ve still got one at home, but she’s my quiet one}. I love my kids. I love being around my kids. I love listening to my kids. I love watching my kids. BUT I reached my quota this past weekend. The juggle of work/life/kids broke me.

Anyways, back to the recipe and less of my whinging. My neighbour Carol made these and as always had me sample some, and I loved them. Such a nice little natural sweet treat, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.
