Brought to you by My Little Pony.
Come with me for a ride down memory lane?
Remember the time when side pony tails were rocking, and crimpers were getting a major workout? Bike shorts were all the rage, and it was cool to wear socks that didn’t match? It was the time when Venture was the place to shop, and Madonna was who you totally got your dance on to? Remember?
It was also the time when we were knee deep in playing elastics {England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales… remember?}, knuckles, doing underwater handstands in the pool, playing My Little Pony. Are you with me?
I know everything that was cool becomes cool again, just like my days spent playing My Little Pony with my best friend next door, are now being relived with Lacey doing the same. I’m waiting for her to ‘get’ elastics though. I’m not sure I still have the same tricks to show off though {poor knees!}. I will admit I have, once or twice, rocked a side pony tail in her hair. That’s what she gets for having an 80s-born mama.
My Little Pony has released a new playset called My Little Pony Friendship Rainbow Kingdom. It’s a place filled with the magic of friendship, and is home to colourful pony friends who happen to have some pretty hip and happening accessories, shoes, tiaras, jewels, oh my. It also has keys that unlock secret surprises as you play {I’d tell you more about it but then it wouldn’t really be a secret then, would it?}.
I’ve got 3 My Little Pony Friendship Rainbow Kingdom play sets to giveaway, so I thought we could have a little fun. Just share a photo of PLAY {however you want to interpret it, get creative!} on Instagram along with the hashtag #playeverydayFMS. If you don’t do Instagram, just simply upload your photo in the comments below. The competition will start today, and finish on 28th June {at the end of the day}. I’ll announce a daily winner back in this post each morning.
{boring bits}
One entry per person per day.
Open only to Australian residents.
Competition opens on 26th June 2014 and closes on 28th June 2014 at 11:59pm.
The winners of this competition are:
I still have all my Ponies, as well as a miniature set that came with a carousel. Recently I discovered the cartoon series & movie available on DVD. I’m not ashamed to admit I spent a whole weekend on the lounge watching them all!
I love seeing all the toys I used to play coming back. My kids love My Little Pony and we have quite a few in the house. Plus, the cartoon is rather funny.
One of my favourite pics from last Christmas. Why wouldn’t you just stretch out on the floor in your pretty dress for some time with your new pinky pie My Little Pony. I am really disappointed with the quality of the image once it is loaded.
Nope I take that back. Image looks as I expected now (oops) đŸ™‚
Wow! What a throwback! I love my little pony when I was a kid, and I can’t wait for my little girl to get her hands on these bright colored toys as well. Thanks for the post.

This is my cat Felix’s idea of play time! One day when I’m not looking he might actually get one of those fish but I think just seeing how far he can push me is enough fun for him at the moment!
My daughter loves all things girly and playing tennis (I was her favourite Mum when we bought her this cool, pretty skirt!).

Hubby and I took a stroll around the local park and met some true locals along the way!
