I don’t know about you, but dinner can be a bit of a chore. I want to eat foods that make me feel awesome and are good for my body, but I’m usually exhausted and would be happy with toast. I rarely do opt for toast, and have been trying a little bit harder… and these recipes have given me more inspiration.

This classical Italian meal gets a bit of a healthy makeover by swapping out cream for yoghurt. Yum!

There’s nothing better than tossing everything on a tray, popping it in the oven and having dinner done, is there?

3. ROAST VEGETABLE AND COUS COUS SALAD
I know it’s called a salad, but it’s not just a salad. It’s warm, full of flavour and a whole lot of awesome.

4. HOMEMADE PIZZA
I love pizza, but I never feel that great after eating the takeaway version. I love this make at home version, which we used to do as kids.

Oh, come to mama! Lemon-y rice with chicken. It’s winter perfection on a plate.

Roll ’em, bake em and eat ’em up!

7. HEALTHIER SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE
Everyone has their own bolognaise recipe, but this one swaps out a few things and adds a few more things in to jam-pack it full of flavour and goodness. Serve with zoodles to up the veggie factor!

So easy! Bake the salmon and broccoli together, and serve it in a bowl with everything else. Dinner sorted!

This healthier version of Thai Green Chicken Curry has all the flavour, and all the good stuff.
