Ingredients: 1 packet mini pretzels; 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter; 2 tablespoons butter, softened; 3/4 cup icing sugar; 1 block milk chocolate

1 packet mini pretzels

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

2 tablespoons butter, softened

3/4 cup icing sugar

1 block milk chocolate

Instructions

Add the peanut butter, butter and icing sugar to mixing bowl, and using an electric beater, beat until smooth.
Roll the mixture into balls, and press between two pretzels. Place onto a tray, and continue until you’ve used all of the peanut butter mixture up. Place into the fridge to set for an hour.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, in increments of 30 seconds, until completely melted. Dip the pretzel bites into the chocolate and place onto the tray. Place into the fridge to set.
