Make Life Good #2 : Ride A Bike

Hello!

If you’ve been here before {to my blog} you might well know that we’re heads down bum up involved in our 52 Week Challenge to make life good. It’s fun, it’s positive and the Facebook group community is going gang-busters. It’s one of my favourite things about the internet right now.

The challenge for this week is to ride a bike. I rode mine with my family last weekend for the Tour Down Under in the Bupa Family Ride. It was so much fun to take time and get active with the girls. We loved it, and are hoping to head down again to do it all again next year.

You don’t to have to go as far as take part in a bike race {although do if you please} but I’m gently encouraging you to jump on your bike {or A bike if you don’t own one} and give it a try.
