LOVE the skirt! Too bad the U.S. Target doesn’t carry it 🙁
I feel the same about items I see in the US Target store. I wish they carried all the same gear!
For what it’s worth I love the skirt!! Enjoy being cool before you become oh so embarrassing!!!
Thank you lovely. 🙂
Omg 7 I think khaki is cool and you continue to wear it Chantelle Xx
Ha! Thanks Lisa. I will!
Oh my… this could totally be a day in my life with my Miss 6 who likes to pick what shoes I wear. Xx
And do you listen to her? I hope they match!
Haha. She’s pretty good at it actually but she usually always picks the high heels! X
Ahhh fashion police, you made her think. I bet khaki becomes a firm favourite colour with her. And ponytails!! You still got it babe (always did).
Haha! Thanks Jenni! xx
I love this. My daughter is 4 and asked to be dressed like her nearly 2 year old sister so they are ‘twigalinks’. ?
So cute! My mum used to dress my sister and I identically. 🙂
Gorgeous! I certainly don’t get anything like that when you have 3 sons!
I wonder if they’ll ever comment. Let me know!
Jarvis will often comment on my clothes and hair. And he is only 4.
It’s just the beginning, isn’t it? Watch out!
I realise he has influenced my wardrobe heaps. When ever I wear black he always comments “no boring”.
I was shopping with my 4yr old one day and stopped to look at a top I quite liked. She immediately scoffed and said “That would not look good on you!”. I placed the top back on the rack and left immediately as the sales ladies had a good chuckle…
P.S. I loooooove Khaki and I am so excited that there seems to be lots of khaki and burnt oranges appearing in the shops!
Lacey sounds just like Cecilia my 6 year old, she vets my outfits everyday and takes the photos for my #everydaystyle Instagram ‘thing. She always wants me to wear dresses,” urggggh not trousers like boys” and especially likes it if pink and florals are involved!
I admit to twinning occasionally too, because I know soon enough I won’t be able to have a say!
I’m not the oracle, but as a Designer, I can assure you that Khaki is very relevant this season if that makes you feel better? X
Oh that’s so sweet. Similar things happen here too I had some really tropical looking shorts on the other day and my 7 year old gave me the nod of approval but the next day shook her head in distain at whatever I was wearing. I think I’ve only got the last grips of cool with my 9 year old though which is sad.
Ha ha oh the joys of having a daughter! I am in the same boat. One minute she loves me and the next she couldn’t care less. Imogen is the worst to take shopping because most of the time if you ask her does she like something she will flat out answer “nope!”

Isn’t it funny how we take them so seriously?
I’m loving khaki too. It’s harder to hide dirty toddler fingerprints though…
