Ingredients
Scale
2 packets lamington fingers (chocolate, pink, or plain)
600ml thickened cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
Decorations of choice (berries, chocolate eggs, speckled eggs)
Instructions
- Whip the cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form.
- Pipe or spoon cream onto one side of each lamington finger.
- Place lamingtons on their side, arranging them in a circle to form a wreath.
- Add extra cream on top and decorate as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Can be made a few hours ahead and stored in the fridge
Easily customised for Easter or other celebrations
