10 minute lamington wreath (the easiest dessert ever)

Ingredients

Scale

2 packets lamington fingers (chocolate, pink, or plain)

600ml thickened cream

1/4 cup icing sugar

Decorations of choice (berries, chocolate eggs, speckled eggs)


Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Pipe or spoon cream onto one side of each lamington finger.
  3. Place lamingtons on their side, arranging them in a circle to form a wreath.
  4. Add extra cream on top and decorate as desired.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Best served fresh

Can be made a few hours ahead and stored in the fridge

Easily customised for Easter or other celebrations
