Easy Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 packet corn chips
  • 1 x 420g tin baked beans
  • 1 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Spread corn chips over a baking dish.
  3. Pour beans over chips and top with cheese.
  4. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

This is a lighter meal — you can double the recipe or add sides if needed.

Add cooked mince, shredded chicken, or extra beans to bulk it up.

Great for quick dinners when you need something cheap and easy.
