When Lulu had her friends over for a pool day, I wanted something quick, cute and crowd-pleasing. Enter the mini Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. They look fancy, taste like a chocolate-dipped strawberry with extra crunch, and take minutes to put together. The secret is the Dubai Choc Crunch Jar, which has everything you need for a crumbly, pastry-style crunch layer, so you can layer and serve straight away. Easy.

Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup

How to make the mini Dubai chocolate strawberry cup

Time needed: 15 minutes

  1. Prep the fruit

    Rinse, dry and chop strawberries into small pieces. Keep a few whole for decorating if you like.

  2. Melt the chocolate

    Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.

  3. Layer the cups

    Add a spoonful of strawberries to the base, drizzle with melted chocolate, then add a spoon of Dubai Choc Crunch.

  4. Repeat if using bigger cups

    Do a second round of strawberries and chocolate for taller cups.

  5. Finish and serve

    Top with a raspberry or extra strawberry. Serve straight away or keep at room temp for up to 1 hour.

Mini Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Dubai Choc Crunch

  • 1-2 blocks milk chocolate (180-200 g each), roughly chopped

  • 1-2 punnets fresh strawberries, chopped

  • Raspberries, to top (optional)


Instructions

  • Chop strawberries into small pieces and set aside.

  • Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.

  • Divide chopped strawberries between mini cups. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

  • Spoon Dubai Choc Crunch over the top to create a crumbly, pastry-style layer.

  • Add a raspberry or extra strawberry on top. Serve immediately, or keep at room temperature for up to 1 hour.
