5 Weetbix, crushed
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
130g butter, melted
A dash of vanilla extract
1/3 cup Nutella
1 egg
120g white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180ºC (or 160ºC if you’re using a fan-forced oven). Line a slice pan with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine the Weetbix, coconut, flour, and sugar. Mix to combine. Add in the Nutella, butter, vanilla and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 15 minutes, or until the slice is golden brown and just firm.
- Once cooled, drizzle the slice with the melted white chocolate and then cut into small squares to serve.
