Chocolate Christmas Puddings

The cutest little Chocolate Christmas Puddings (not a fried fruit in sight!), made from the iconic Aussie treat, Wagon Wheels.

Chocolate Christmas Puddings

I don’t know the last time I had a Wagon Wheel before I dreamed up this recipe! We’ve had my brother staying with us for the past few months, and he loves a sweet treat so I keep finding new things in my pantry, and Wagon Wheels was one of them.

Shane loves Jaffas, so we happened to have Jaffas in the pantry too. And well, I love white chocolate… so that’s hope this recipe came about. And it works! They’re so cute, but also delicious!

How to make Chocolate Christmas Puddings

This is a super simple recipe, that requires no baking at all (win!). The kids will have so much fun making these!

Dip the Wagon Wheels into the white chocolate

STEP ONE: Using a sharp knife, chop a small amount off the bottom of each Wagon Wheel (around 0.5cm) so that they can stand up on a flat surface easily.

STEP TWO: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate. I do this in 30 second bursts.

STEP THREE: Line a tray with baking paper, and gently dip the Wagon Wheels into the white chocolate, so that the top third is dipped into white chocolate.

STEP FOUR: Stand them on the tray, and top with a Jaffa ball. Refrigerate until the white chocolate is set.
