2 x packets of mini Wagon Wheels
1 block of white chocolate
16 jaffa balls
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, chop a small amount off the bottom of each Wagon Wheel (around 0.5cm) so that they can stand up on a flat surface easily.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate. I do this in 30 second bursts.
- Line a tray with baking paper, and gently dip the Wagon Wheels into the white chocolate, so that the top third is dipped into white chocolate.
- Stand them on the tray, and top with a Jaffa ball. Refrigerate until the white chocolate is set.
