Chocolate Christmas Puddings

2 x packets of mini Wagon Wheels

1 block of white chocolate

16 jaffa balls


Instructions

  1. Using a sharp knife, chop a small amount off the bottom of each Wagon Wheel (around 0.5cm) so that they can stand up on a flat surface easily.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate. I do this in 30 second bursts.
  3. Line a tray with baking paper, and gently dip the Wagon Wheels into the white chocolate, so that the top third is dipped into white chocolate.
  4. Stand them on the tray, and top with a Jaffa ball. Refrigerate until the white chocolate is set.
