The easiest carbonara noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 rashers bacon, chopped
  • 4 packs chicken instant noodles
  • 4 eggs (2 whole + 2 yolks)
  • 150ml thickened cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup peas
  • Cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large pan until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and parmesan. Season with pepper.
  4. Remove pan from heat. Add noodles, peas and bacon.
  5. Pour over egg mixture and toss quickly until creamy.
  6. Serve immediately with extra parmesan.
