- 2 rashers bacon, chopped
- 4 packs chicken instant noodles
- 4 eggs (2 whole + 2 yolks)
- 150ml thickened cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup peas
- Cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large pan until golden and crispy.
- Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and parmesan. Season with pepper.
- Remove pan from heat. Add noodles, peas and bacon.
- Pour over egg mixture and toss quickly until creamy.
- Serve immediately with extra parmesan.
