My happy chicken casserole (not that the chicken is very happy once it's in the pot)…no….lamb rack and veg…no….Atlantic salmon…no…arghh..sorry, I just can't pick, I just love good food full stop 🙂
I love sweet water grilled fish especially when cooked in tandoori, I am not sure if I have to call it tandoori fish. Oh well, the taste of the spices and smoked wood is out of this world 😮
if im heading out for dinner – chicken parma.
if im making it – potato bake + chicken nuggets [homemade] OR nachos OR a baked dinner
Oh boy how hungry am I right now?!
@AussieWaffler: I have to try that now famous chicken casserole.
@reani: I think it would be called tandoori fish. Sounds yummy.
@Carly Grace: Oh potato bake is up there for me too. x
My all time favourite meal? It would have to be Max Brenner's chocolate souffle. I really, really love it. I love digging in and finding that white chocolate centre. It's been a while! x
I love a really good chicken, white wine and wild mushroom risotto. Especially good on a cold night… 🙂 If we order out, a local restaurant we get delivered has a brushetta to die for… Bliss! 🙂
Greek food. Chicken and tzatziki with cucumber and peppers, wrapped in a warm pita bread. With a Greek salad on the side (no onions or olives though… ick!) and lots of feta cheese. A little piece of spanakopita is nice, too! Accompanied by a glass of rose wine, peut-etre? Yum!
Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Enchiladas.
Indian food… chicken tikka masala with basmati rice, keema samosas and naan… simple but yummy!
as if you dont know… sushi!
i would eat sushi everyday if i could! found one i love up here thankfully so its not as expensive as it used to be to satisfy my sushi cravings (a flight to sydney can be costly!). when im there i next week i will go to sushi train as much as possible. want to come?

My mum makes a great fettucini Bosciola – my all time favourite. And my mother-in-law makes meatballs to die for… And I also quite enjoy my low fat beef stroganoff… Oh and I love my white chocolate and raspberry slice… all this talk about food is soooo not good for my diet….

Does lemon cheesecake count?
Without a doubt – roast. Lamb or Pork. Love it.
