Berry and yoghurt muffins recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
3 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tub of Yoplait yoghurt {I use raspberry!}
1/3 cup vegetable oil
A handful of fresh or frozen berries

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, except fresh berries. Mix to combine. Add in berries, and gently mix but don’t overmix or they’re bleed through your mix.
2. Scoop the batter evenly into the muffin tin {mixture makes around 8 muffins}. Place into the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
