Ingredients
Scale
2 steaks (porterhouse works well), cut into cubes
1 teaspoon olive oil
Seasoning of your choice
Salt and pepper
20g garlic butter, melted
Instructions
- Cut the steaks into bite-sized cubes.
- Place steak into a bowl and toss with olive oil, seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Add the steak to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for around 6 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
- Transfer to a bowl, pour over melted garlic butter and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
