A deliciously comforting snack, cheesy air-fryer gnocchi is a simple dish that you can whip up in your air-fryer in a just a few minutes.

About a year ago we bought an air-fryer. I wasn’t keen on having another appliance at home, but I had a feeling it was one that we’d probably use a little bit. A year later, I can tell you that we use it a lot. We’ve used it for things ranging from chips, to corn fritters and then now to ‘fried’ gnocchi.
For some reason we were collecting packets of gnocchi in our freezer, so I thought I’d try putting them in the air-fryer. I tried them straight from the packet (defrosted) into the air-fryer and then also boiled. They’re so similar, so if you couldn’t be bothered boiling them… don’t bother. I just thought they were a teeny bit fluffier boiling them first, but not enough to really notice.

I put a little Parmesan cheese over mine, but the options are endless! You could do a little fresh pesto, tomato sauce, or even a gravy. They made for a great little snack while we watched a movie.
