This recipe is going to blow your mind and make Friday pizza night so much more delicious. Last Friday I was home alone and time got away from me. I had pizza on my mind, so I whipped up this quick and super easy pizza dough. You don’t need to leave it to rise. It only had 2 ingredients. And it’s the best pizza dough recipe I’ve ever tasted. Seriously.
Makes one large pizza base
Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup greek yoghurt
Method
♥ Combine ingredients and mix well. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for five minutes. The dough is quite a wet dough so I kept adding more and more flour in until it was perfect. Plus the more you knead it the more it comes together. Trust me, it will come together.
♥ Once you’ve got the perfect dough roll out, top with your favourite toppings and put into a hot oven until golden and perfect.
My favourite topping is mushrooms and proscuitto and topped with a handful of rocket once out of the oven. What’s your favourite pizza topping?
yum! we love friday night pizza night here! my favorite is roast pumpkin, proscuitto, fetta and rocket once out of the oven too! x
oh thanks for this! In summer I put a bit of mango on a pizza with fetta and rocket – delish!
Boconccini, pineapple & spinach.
Yum I must try this with pizza thanks! I also make the most delicious pastry when I make samosas using yoghurt!
Wowsers!! I will be trying that one this week for sure!! Thanks so much – gotta love a quick and easy recipe xx
Oh my! Is there anything better than something with just two ingredients that ALSO tasted delicious?
No. No, there isn't.
My favourite topping is roasted pumpkin, red onion, feta, nutmeg and baby spinach.
xx
I made pizza on Friday night too! I baked mine in a terracotta pot saucer for something different. We love salami and bocconcini. Yum Scrum! Check out my post….

That sounds positively delish.
Thats awesome & what a super healthy alternative. Thanks Chantelle, I will definitely be trying that one.
you had me at two ingredients…x
Ooooo EASY!
Perfect! After your awesome zucchini slice recipe which is now a household staple, I am sure this one will be a ripper. My mum makes her own yoghurt so I will get some tomorrow and give it a whirl.
You are a champ!
Fantastic, we do Friday pizza night too and have been experimenting with our dough….guess which one we are trying this week? Happen to buy that exact yogurt on spec this week. Fav toppings here bacon, mushroom, spanish onion, kalamata olives, basil and a mix of parmessan, moz and tasty cheeses.
Um. What? Greek yoghurt and flour? That's even easy enough for me to do! Thank you so much for sharing this little trick.
Even though nothing beats a ham and pineapple pizza, I'm putting on my 'sophisticated grown up' hat and saying prawns, cherry tomatoes, rocket and aioli. xxx
About sixty trillion anchovies. Mmmmm hairy fish.
Hi there- thanks for the recipe- looks easy enough for a lazy cook like me! This looks amazing. My topping is lots of pepperoni, cooked until the edges are very crispy! I hope you have time check out my life in South Africa by http://withoutcomplexities.blogspot.com
This recipe is great have been using it for about a year now. Also make great cinnamon scrolls too. My topping would be pesto, chicken and mushrooms with some spinach leaves
I think I used a similar dough to make gozlemes as well!
My fave topping at the moment is baby spinach, leftover slow cooked lamb shoulder, olives and sprinked feta.
Amazing. Love a lazy recipe. I will just about eat anything on pizza bar anchovies. I do fancy a lamb pizza but when I’m out.
