Bolognese pasta bake (easy family dinner)

Turn leftover bolognese into this easy cheesy bolognese pasta bake. Ready in 30 minutes and perfect for busy weeknights.

Bolognese Pasta Bake

If you’ve got a portion of homemade bolognese sitting in the freezer, this bolognese pasta bake is one of the easiest dinners you’ll ever make.

It’s cheesy, comforting, feeds the whole family and only takes a few minutes to throw together. Simply toss cooked pasta through your favourite bolognese sauce, top it with plenty of cheese and bake until golden and bubbling.

It’s one of my favourite ways to give leftover bolognese a completely different feel, and my family always asks for seconds.

This recipe is part of my Batch, Please! series, where one day of cooking creates weeks of easy dinners.
