  8. I just wanted to thank you for continuing to create these every month! I know it just started out as something small and fun for you, but it’s brought me nothing but pleasure since I discovered it mid-January. I think Instagram is by far my favourite iPhone app so everything about your challenge just radiates YAY for me. 😉

    So, yes, thank you for making this fun and for keeping it up for the rest of us this year. (I also love surfing the hashtags and seeing photos from all around the world! This is one way I get to travel outside of Canada on a regular virtual basis!)

I’m so pleased to still be keeping up with it (mostly!) – thanks for continuing to think up and post the prompts! My photos will be on my instagram @tpr and then blogged at the end of each week!

  19. I always have people ask me about this! I always send them your way. I post my shots on a Facebook group, on Instagram as well as my blog and I always link to you and the next months list.

  21. Hi.. I keep meaning to start…since Jan! Ok do I’ve decided I’ll do 2 pics a day!
    I’m going to do Jul/Jun, Aug/May, Sept/April, Oct/Mar, Nov/Feb & Dec/Jan!
    That way I can play catch up with a fun twist! Eeek… 2 pics of myself today..
    Hmmm… I’ll see how this turns out & let u know!

  23. Im thinking i might take them with my 365 day app, move and upload with instagram and post to my fb page. That way i have a monthly calendar record i can add to my blog later (i think) im not very techno savvy:) But i also wish to thank you for doing this, i played a couple of months then got sidetracked with life, but im back on board again:)

  26. I’ve been participating since May on my blog and posting on Instagram using my iPhone. It hasn’t been perfect, as I’ve missed many days. But I keep striving. One of these months, I shall have a perfect month! Now, hopefully I will remember to take my photos each day!

  99. I’m trying to play along and so far so good!! BUT I’m trying to move my photos from the general ‘instagram photos’ album on FB into it’s own “Photo a day – July” album but I can’t seem to work out how to get them to move.
    Any ideas?????

    • That will only work if you publish them from your computer into the album, rather than straight from Instagram. 🙁

      • Bugger 🙁 Thanks for letting me know. It would be great if FB allowed that – My OCD tendencies make me want to have them all organized into monthly albums 😉

  113. I came across Photo A Day last month and started participating. I’m doing it this month also. Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy it. I always enjoy thinking about what I’m going to photograph for that day’s subject. I also love playing around with my camera to come up with the best photo of that subject. I’ve been posting my pics on Facebook.

    Thanks for doing this and I find myself looking forward to a new month of new items to photograph and share.

  116. We love our Kindle Fire, but as many people have said it has some drawbacks when compared to the iPad, especially on size and power. But I’m impressed with the new specs of the Kindle Fire 2 with the 10inch screen. Some of the new specs are at kindlemad.com and I think they will be opening up pre-orders soon.
