What exercise have you done today?

Me? Well, I’ve been good. I actually have been doing exercise, and eating well. Today I’ve been for swim {and we also do running in the water for a little resistance, dorky but fun}.

  1. Great work Telle!! How do you manage to fit in exercise with a toddler? I struggle with this one…..the only time I would have to myself would be at about 8.30pm and I'm reeeeeeeeally too pooped to do any exercise then.

    I think I need to be more disciplined.

  2. I wish I lived closer to the beach like you guys so I could swim more – I ran and swam on Sunday and it was soooo nice.
    Today I did my second week of the hardest cycle class at the gym… i rode 20km in 45 mins and am almost dead. Would like a sleep now.
    I'm finally losing some kilos too which is nice 🙂

  3. I did my 30 minutes at the place I like to call the gym but starts with a C and ends with Urves. Actually I have been a very good girl, and went 6 days last week, and 2 so far this week. Making the most of hubby still being on hols and being able to go in the mornings.

  4. I made the mistake of going out for a walk this afternoon, in what felt like 50 degree heat… and when I thought the walking felt good tried running for a bit and nearly vomitted…silly girl!

  5. @mum/toddler/babe: We're on holidays at the moment, so it's easier to find the time. When I'm back at work it's near impossible. I'm not looking forward to all the juggling it requires.
