How to make my mini quiche recipe (taco boat version)
- Whisk the eggs
Crack the eggs into a medium jug. Add the cream and garlic salt, and whisk until well combined.
- Prep the slow cooker & add the taco boats
Line the bowl of your slow cooker with baking paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. Arrange the tortilla boats in the slow cooker so they fit snugly without squishing. Try to fit in as many as possible (up to 12).

- Fill ’em up!
Add your favourite fillings into each taco boat – chopped veggies, bacon, cheese, etc.

- Pour the eggs
Carefully pour the egg mixture into each boat, filling until just below the edge (not overflowing).

- Cook!
Pop the lid on and cook on high for 1.5 hours, or until the eggs are set and cooked through.

- Serve and enjoy
Lift the boats out gently and serve warm. Add a dollop of sour cream, avo, or hot sauce if you’re feeling fancy.
