Brought to you by Olympus OM-D E-M10.
Her favourite book at the moment. Green eggs and ham all the time.
There’s something about Sundays, don’t you think? The pace is a little slower. Everyone is a little calmer. There’s less to do, more time to relax.
Every second Sunday Hubby works, so last Sunday {when he was home} I decided to get out the camera and snap a few photos.
I know since I’ve shared about my adventures with my OM-D E-M10, there have been a few people to come out of the woodwork to say they have one too, or those who have purchased one {yay for you!}, so I thought I’d start a group where we can share photos we’ve taken, talk all things cameras/lenses/camera bags/cake, share tips, ask each other advice, and the lovely people at Olympus can pop in and answer any questions we have too {if you’ve been to any of the lunches with me, you’ll know they are super lovely}. So if you have an OM-D E-M10 and want to chat, join my Happy Snappers group. Basically it’s just me twiddling my thumbs at the moment, so join me. Help me stop being a Nigel-No-Friends.
Back to Sundays.
Sundays are for getting down on the floor and playing. And soaking up her sweet button nose.
Sundays are for her running away, and escaping. Those little ‘wings’ that form in her hair, they kill me on a daily basis.
Sundays are for lazy breakfasts {eggs on toast}, sausages on the BBQ for lunch {she’s still wearing remnants of sauce on her face}, and doing not much in the sticky, sticky heat.
Sundays are for escaping the heat and hitting the water in the afternoon, in a little spot by the river that only the locals seem to know about.
Sundays are for playing in the sand, and wearing cute cossies.
Sundays are for hanging together as a family. Sundays are for smiles and happy days.
Sundays are for cute bellies and pom poms. Sundays are for heading home, eating dinner and crashing out after a day of fun.
Oh. My. God. That cossie is to die for! Please share where you got it from? I wish I could join that group because I wish I had that camera. Hubby has hinted that he might be getting me one, so fingers crossed! xx
Yay for Olympus! I hope I can pick brains and pick up tips and tricks too! Those pictures are just beautiful. I like to spend Sundays doing as little as possible – I like mine long and lazy!
Your daughter Luella is such a sweetie! I couldn’t help but see similarities between her and my 20 month old – she has the same length and colour hair with those cute little curls above each ear. Sunday’s certainly are special family times 🙂
Oh My. Simply gorgie pics. She’s such a sweetie! I can’t wait to play with my NEW Olympus. (Christmas present…hehe!)
I’ve recently started a #sundaysarefor on my instagram – its lovely to remember how special our Sundays are. @my_only_jude – gorgeous pictures.
Wow these photos are beautiful! I so miss living by the sea, days like these are just the best. x
Hi, I bought the Olympus camera after reading your reviews and I love it! I’ve even attempted to use it not on auto mode, and I’m slowly learning about the settings. I was wondering what type (brand etc) lense you use? I want to get a new lense as the standard one I have becomes overexposed easily. Thanks! And thanks for the recommendation!!
Sunday’s are for impromptu picnics in the backyard. For strawberries, bananas, chocolate and a glass of chardy
