500g chicken mince
2 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs kecap manis
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs sesame oil
2 baby cos lettuce leaf cups
1 fresh red chilli, sliced thinly
2 spring onions, sliced thinly
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan over medium to high heat, cook the chicken mince, for 3-4 minutes, until brown.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, kecap manis, and sesame oil, and stir-fry until the sauce is distributed evenly, and the chicken is slightly sticky. Remove from the heat.
- To serve, place the chicken, lettuce cups, spring onions, chilli and peanut onto the table, and let people spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce cups, and top with spring onions, chilli and peanuts.
