4 x 53g Mars Bars, chopped
1 tablespoon golden syrup
80g butter, chopped
3 cups Rice Bubbles
250g milk chocolate
Instructions
- Line a slice tray with baking paper.
- In a small saucepan, combine the Mars Bars, the butter and golden syrup. Stir over low heat, until the mixture is smooth {I use a whisk for the end because the nougat in the Mars Bar is harder to break down}.
- Place the Rice Bubbles into a large bowl, and add the melted Mars Bar mixture. Stir until combined, and then press into the prepared tin. Place into the fridge.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, in 20 seconds bursts, stirring each time until completely melted. Pour over evenly over slice.
- Chill for an hour, and slice into small squares.
