Make Life Good #14: Check out your local farmers market and cook some healthier meals

Have you ever been to a Farmers Market? I love them. It’s the food, the farmers, the vibe… I just love it all. I’m there with my granny trolley, sometimes before the sun comes up, buying food for the week. Like I said, I love it.

This week’s challenge for the Make Life Good challenge is to check out your local Farmers Market, and cook some healthier meals. I love heading to my favourite fruit and vegetable stall {we don’t buy organic to save money} and buying what looks awesome and then dreaming up a dish. Sometimes, when I’m frazzled I’ll go with a list instead because it’s easier.
