Oh my goodness, little one. You are beginning to be not so little.
You’re one and a half today. Eighteen months.
As I type you’re sitting at your table, sipping on a babycino. Your face is covered in cocoa, and you simply could not be any cuter {or happier}.
You’re fiesty in just the right amount, you’re smart and you’re a whole lot of sassy. You want to be part of everything. You want to be around us, all the time. But if it’s not us, then the attention of just about anyone will do.
You know what you want, and what you don’t. Just like the photo above. You’re too cool to be having photos taken all the time. You promptly grab the lens cap and put it straight back on the camera. Enough already!
You talk a lot. Some babble, sprinkled with words here and there. In the last day alone you’ve started saying chicken, beautiful, pretty and so much more.
Dancing is still your favourite thing to do. As we drive along in the car you like to rock it out, but you must have an audience. Must. You’ll call for us to watch you dance as we drive. Even when I try to explain that watching you and driving is unsafe, you keep dancing, ignoring my every word.
I think you’re at a stage where you need more. More stimulation. More activity. We’re trying to squeeze in as much as we can, whilst still having down time. We’ll work it out.
I love you more and more every day, my little girl. You light up my life. You make me laugh. You make my heart sing. What a beautiful gift you are. xx

Lovely xx
Happy Half Birthday Lacey-girl xx

Thanks girls. It is a great age. I am loving to bits and pieces and the moment. xx
Your daughter has some lovely letters to look forward to someday. I wish I had started writing to my guys sooner or writing down all the hilarity that has ensued since I was blessed with my children. Not a day goes by that I am not reminded how full and happy my life has become.
