I did well this week.
I have lost 1.05kg (2.3 pounds, if I remember correctly).
I’m proud of myself this week for the following three reasons:
1. Being motivated to the point of perspiration by seeing some pretty darn icky photos of my current self, instead of getting down and eating myself into a state of misery.
2. Managing to walk three times last week when I have been so exhausted (hand up if you’re sick of hearing my exhausted/sleep deprived rants! :P)
3. Being able to start wearing some of my skinnier clothes. Not many, but some.
I still want to lose about 25kg more, and then I’ll reassess what I want to do then. I am hoping to lose 5kg more before Christmas. I know that is completely achievable. xx

Congrats on the walking, the sweating and the clothes. I’m ALWAYS complaining about being tired in my posts. I think it comes with having children? that and the stretch marks (plus the good stuff, too, of course.)

2.3 pounds in a week is AMAZING!! And yes you have a lot of reasons to be proud of yourself, great job!
you should be proud, all of those things are great! and thats just in one week – so think about what the coming weeks will bring.
