How Do You Measure Up?

The Australian Government has a nifty new campaign called How do you measure up? regarding battling obesity and getting healthy. I like it. The ad has been on TV a fair bit. I like that it’s realistic. It shows a man walking and talking. I could describe how it all goes, but it’s better if you just pop over and have a look at it yourself.

The site also has lots of tools on getting on top of things yourself. There is even a 12 week printable planner so you can plan what you eat. What’s even better is that you can monitor your behaviour. The chart has what you plan to eat, and what you actually eat. There are also tips on how to read labels, recipes, little quizzes (which I aced, thankyouverymuch! :P) and guides on serving sizes.

Anyways. Head on over and check it out. Off you go. Scoot. xx

  1. That’s awesome that the Australian Govt is taking action on obesity! That commercial is GREAT…so true how it just kind of “happens”

I tagged you on my blog!

  2. If only the U.S. gov’t would make it a bigger issue, but I suppose they’re more worried about us keeping ourselves “up”, especially economy wise!
