Freezer-friendly meals: Three dinners to make ahead and eat later

Ingredients

2 packets of Macro free range chicken drumsticks
A handful of baby potatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Macro organic honey
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 cup frozen peas
Macro Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Bread, to serve


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place all ingredients, except the peas, into a clip seal bag, and toss to coat.
  2. Place the chicken and potato mix onto a baking tray, and bake for forty minutes. Scatter the peas over the chicken and potatoes and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.
