A quick and easy slice that tastes delicious!
Ingredients
BASE
3/4 cup {around 185g} butter, melted
1 packet butter cake mix {around 340g}
TOPPING
1 400g can pie apples
200ml sour cream
OPTIONAL: Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a slice tin with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix and butter and stir to combine. Place into the prepared tin and smooth out. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine the apples and sour cream, and then place onto the warm base and put back into the oven. Cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Cool slightly before cutting.
