Easy, Healthy Hummus Recipe

Fat Mum Slim /

This recipe is so delicious, and healthy too. You can whip it up in now time, and serve it with whatever tickles your fancy. Get this easy and healthy hummus recipe, which features in the Eat To Beat Cholesterol book right here!

Doesn’t everyone love a good hummus recipe? I actually don’t think I tried it until I hit my thirties and matured beyond corn relish dip {yum, right!} but when I tried it, it was love. Great with crackers or pita bread, even better with carrot sticks.

This recipe makes 2 cups {around 8 serves} and if you have leftovers, you can simply store it in the fridge covered.

Oh my god, I love corn relish dip. Still and always. But I know what you mean about maturing on to other dips. This looks easy peasy!
