How to make chocolate bark with Biscoff swirls
You need:
- 2 x 180g blocks of chocolate (milk or dark), melted
- ¼ cup Biscoff spread, melted
- A handful of mini pretzel shapes (I love the star ones ⭐️)
- Prep the tray
Line a 20 × 30cm tray with baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate
Melt the chocolate blocks until smooth and pour evenly into the tray. Spread with a spatula if needed.
- Swirl the Biscoff
Microwave the Biscoff spread on low power for 30 seconds until runny. Dollop spoonfuls over the chocolate and swirl with a skewer.
- Add pretzels
Arrange mini pretzels over the top — stars look extra cute.
- Chill & break
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Break or cut into pieces and enjoy (or package up for gifts!).
