Checking In.

How did you go yesterday? I thought I’d check in because quite often the first day is the hardest.

I did okay. I had headaches, which I think were from not having diet coke. I didn’t use to have it every day anyway… but I think my body wanted caffeine. I didn’t get the chance to exercise but I have my week planned out and that will be happening later on in the week {when it works better with Hubby’s roster}.

  1. Hi Chantelle,

    I am sore today! I started my first X-Training class at the gym and I am feeling it big time! I got through it though, and some other people dropped out during the class so I am feeling great that I could go all the way till the end.
    So happy for you getting through without diet coke. Caffeine is seriously addictive and I have to have my coffee everyday otherwise I get a headache! Now I need to lay off the sweets…

  2. I didn't do too bad, although I still could'nt resist the blackforest chocolate in the fridge. I will aim to do better today. Still haven't found the motivation to exercise, but I'll work on that next week. Gotta get the food part right first.

  3. does eating a packet of choc mint slice biscuits count as bad?????
    yes i know disgusting start to the week….but i have been exercising! i promise to do better tommorrow, really i do!!!

  5. it's not about the weight for me, it's about being healthy and active. i am really trying to eat right and exercise more….will keeo trying, i am sure i will get there.
