4 large flour tortillas
3 cups shredded chicken {I break up a whole BBQ chicken and use all of that, otherwise 3 cups is perfect}
300ml sour cream
1 cups grated mozzarella
2 spring onions, chopped finely
Instructions
1. Preheat to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.
2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Divide mixture evenly between the four tortillas, and cover half of the tortilla, and fold over into half.
3. Place onto prepared baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Cut into halves and serve with salad of your choice. Enjoy!
