5 Pinterest-ers you should follow today

Where would we be without Pinterest?

My guess is that we’d have a little more time on our hands and be slightly less inspired. We’d be doing less DIY, and not drooling over pictures of caramel chocolatey baked goods. Oh, who wants to imagine life without Pinterest? Not me. Instead here are five of my favourite Pinterest-ers that I think you should follow, quick smart:

1. Oh Joy!

Who knows how Joy finds all the most beautiful things in the world, but she does. I find myself constantly squealing {inside my head, of course} ‘Oh Joy!’ as I discover things that she’s pinned.

2. eat.sleep.wear
Kimberly collects fabulous fashion and beauty finds that’ll make you want to change your nail colour and braid your hair. Or at least inspire you to want to do such things!

3. Bee Chalmers
If you’re looking for photography inspiration {particularly portraiture} this is the place. Beautiful light, poses, styling ideas and more. Love!

4. Vicky S.
There’s a quote for every occasion, I should know – I’m an addict, and Vicky has them sorted in their own neat little boards. If I want to be inspired, feel validated or laugh – this is where you can find me.

5. Paula Deen
You are about to go to food heaven and Paula Deen is taking you there. She shares loads of comfort food, baked goods, food gifts to make and more. Mouth-watering good stuff!

And then there’s me. Follow me here.

  1. How great is pinterest! I am positive when man created the camera it was to build a site like pinterest.

Thanks for sharing these, now following all.

Samantha Wills (jewellery Designer) posts some swoon worthy pics too.

  2. I am a huge Pinterest addict! So many pretties in one place.

As for brands who take advantage of it – check out Darling nail polish. They pinned the inspiration for their new collections which I think is genius (and of course, pretty to look at!).

    Xx

  3. I joined Pinterest, jumped on, and completely lost a day!!
I've been too scared to go back since….
    But I know I will.
    It's calling me….

  4. With over 3000 pins I guess you could say I'm a serial pinner.

For many many years I would catalogue cut out magazine pictures into notebooks as my inspiration/visual source books. Can you imagine?

Then I got all digi and started my own file on my mac with a catalogue of images, thousands…..

Pinterest, to me, so relevant, such a Godsend. Powerful & useful tool. I do find I need to cull every now & then though. Lots of rubbish like facebook spammy jokey rubbish appearing. Had to happen I guess.

Thanks for the new links, off to check them out!

  5. I love Pintrest as well. So inspiring and a great way to see things that you just haven’t seen or known before. I've learned and seen so many new tricks on Pintrest. You truly got to love it. Great post, thanks!

  6. Can you explain to me what Pintrest is and how it works? I will join once I know more but right now; I have no interest.

Love your blog!!! I found it thru Joy from JoyandCoconut.

    Enjoy your day!
