1. Break chocolate into smaller pieces and place into a microwave safe bowl. Melt by blasting it on med-high heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each blast – until completely melted.
2. Once melted place all the other ingredients into the bowl. Mix until combined.
3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper, and pour mix into prepared tin. Place in fridge until set.
4. Once set cut into small rectangles or bigger chunks {depending on how you want to wrap and gift it}. Wrap in cellophane and tie with a ribbon. Give as a gift! {And sneak some for yourself!}.
