  1. Yummm!! Chantelle you always post such cool but easy recipes! (complete cooking noob here)
I am printing this one out and keeping it in my list of things to make!

  2. These taste amazing with a sriracha and kewpie dip as well. A bit less guilt free, but amazing nonetheless!!

  3. Wow these sound great. They must be the latest craze as I have also seen them posted on six sisters stuff although they use Panko crumbs and the whole egg. They sound yummy!

  4. These look tasty, I need to try these too (as with so many of the recipes you’ve shared!)
I’m definately an autumn girl. Or to be precise, a November girl. I love the days getting darker, all the lights and candles, the first snow on the ground and the promise of christmas, without everything being too bling and christmassy just yet. But I also love the first days of summer, when it still doesn’t quite feel like summer but you can already smell it in the air. As with mornings like today, when it’s cold and crisp, you can smell the autumn coming, but the day still turns into a nice, sunny summer-like day. I think it’s all about those promises of good things to come.

  5. I am a summer girl. I complain about the sweating every summer, but I love the hot sun and spending time at the beach. I love getting out in our boat and exploring.
I’m not a fan of all the layers involved in winter clothing. Or the overeating I do from feeling cold and bored.
Summer for me means homemade iceblocks, experimenting with yummy new salads, mangoes and feeling sunkissed and warm.
I will definitely be trying those zucchini sticks today! I have 3 zucchinis with that recipe written all over them!

  6. made these today…beautiful.. maybe my fussy grandies might even give them a try… used panko breadcrumbs & cheap smelly parmesan, with masterfoods lemon herb, garlic seasoning. . very yum way to use excess zucchinis

  7. Yum! Making zucchini yummy…love it!!! I will test it out on my zucchini wary boys. Do you mean margarita dipping sauce?
