Happy Friday! It’s been a crazy week… but seriously we don’t really have weeks that aren’t crazy anymore. It kinda comes with motherhood, oh and working from home. Crazy.
Last week I asked on my Facebook page if anyone had any good cake recipes because I’m in charge of the cake table at my sister’s engagement party. I’ve picked all the cakes from the recommendations and have been busy baking each evening. Multi-tasking is bringing me undone, so far I’ve burnt the condensed milk and stuffed up the brownies {put the wrong flour in and then burnt them}. I’ve got some baking-up to do.
It’s been raining non-stop in Sydney for the past week, and I hear it’s just as miserable down where the engagement party will be held. I think we’ll just frock up and wear gumboots. Stylish!
I’ve had two emails to say that my dresses and shoes that I wrote about earlier this week are set to arrive, perhaps even on Monday. I’m so excited. I hope they don’t disappoint!

Hello, my favourite thing to bake is a 'Mixed Berry Crumble'. It is deliciously healthy so to make it decadent, serve it with strawberry ice cream and freshly whipped cream. Mmmm………
