4 ingredients: Rich chocolate fudge

Last week I started sharing food ideas that you can give for Christmas and here’s another one. They’re deliciously indulgent and rich when made with dark chocolate. If you want, you could make with milk chocolate for a lighter taste.

400g dark chocolate, chopped
395g can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g unsalted butter, chopped

♥ Place all the ingredients into a medium-sized saucepan over low heat and stir until the chocolate is melted. Turn the heat to medium and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is smooth and a little thicker.
♥ Line a square tin with baking paper, and pour mixture in.
♥ Place in the fridge until set. Use a sharp knife to cut into squares and give as a gift.
