Slow cooker mini quiche recipe

1 packet Stand ‘n’ Stuff Soft Tortilla boats (12 boats)

EGG MIXTURE

8 eggs

1/3 cup cream or milk

Garlic salt


Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a medium-sized jug, add the cream and garlic salt. Whisk to combine.
  2. Line the bowl of a slow cooker with baking paper. Place in the taco boats, so that they fit as many taco boats as possible.
  3. Place your fillings into the taco boats. We did capsicum, tomato, spring onion, cheese and bacon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the filling until the taco boat is almost full, but not overflowing.
  5. Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook for 1.5 hours on high.
