Chocolate bark with Biscoff swirls

Description

Make this easy chocolate Biscoff bark with pretzels for the perfect homemade gift (or treat for yourself!). Quick, delicious and no-bake.


Ingredients

  • 2 × 180g blocks of chocolate (milk or dark), melted

  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread, melted

  • A handful of mini pretzel shapes (stars are fun!)


Instructions

  1. Line a 20 × 30cm tray with baking paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate until smooth and spread evenly into the tray.
  3. Microwave Biscoff spread for 30 seconds until liquid. Dollop over chocolate and swirl with a skewer.
  4. Arrange mini pretzels on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Break into pieces to serve or package up for gifts.
