1 tbsp vegetable oil
500g chicken mince
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup chopped mint
Gem lettuce leaves, to serve
Instructions
- In a large frying pan over high heat, place oil. Cook chicken mince until cooked through.
- Add sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, and soy sauce and stir to combine. Add in lemon juice and fresh herbs.
- Spoon into prepared lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
