2 packets of MAGGI Chicken 2-minute noodles
2 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (if your kids don’t like Parmesan, use tasty)
Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place the noodles into a bowl. You don’t have to use the seasoning, so you put this aside {I use it in soups for seasoning}. Pour boiling water over the noodles to cover. Let stand for 3 minutes. Drain, and run cold tap water over them. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- In a medium-sized bowl, place the two eggs and whisk. Add the salt and pepper, and the cheese and mix. Add in the noodles and combine.
- On a tray lined with baking paper, or if you like more perfectly shaped noodle nuggets you can use an ice tray, heap small spoonfuls of the nugget mixture onto a tray or ice tray. Place into the freezer for an hour.
- Preheat oven to 180ºC, and line a tray with baking paper. Place the frozen nuggets onto the tray, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with tomato sauce, or your favourite dipping sauce.
