Just A Minute… In December.

Lovely butterflies by Susannah Tucker

I‘m joining in on a meme filled with loveliness by August Street which is a round up of inspiring and creative things.

This is my December, in a minute.

Listening… to carols from the shopping centre, lingering in my head like a distant memory that will never fade. I think I spent too many hours there shopping over the Silly Season.

Praising… anyone and everyone for embracing the Christmas spirit and letting a little in their lives, and passing it on to others.

Watching… the City and the Hills. I am loving that we now have MTV and that I get to watch my favourite shows.
Reading… nothing much. I’m stockpiling some good reading material to take on holidays with me. I can’t wait to loll around and do very little at all.
Cooking… too many sweets. I’ve made enough sweets to feed a small village for a lifetime, and therefore eaten too many too. Am swimming, yoga-ing and walking it all off.

Writing… a little bit. I am thinking of writing a novel, which is quite a novel idea. I think starting it the hardest part, and the not-so-fun part too. I can’t wait to get into it… and get the mojo happening.

Sewing… a little girl named Miss Buttons. She’s super cute, and has different length legs… but is lovable all the same.
Loving… having no agenda. Waking when I like. Not having to rush here and there. The peace and quiet. Doing as we please. Catching up on all that needs to be caught up on. Bliss.
